I created this game for after my latest inpatient stay at a Scottish pscyhiatric ward.
Most of us had nobody to visit, bring supplies or comfort items, or help advocate.
Several copies of Self-Advocacy Notebook can be printed and brought in if someone you know is inpatient;
Or you can send a PDF to your local peer or self-advocacy center to distribute.
If you can afford the extra resources, folders, pens, notebooks, and cash are always appreciated.
Use whatever resources you have available to you.
